Jezzy Girl, My Baby

She is cute, even when she is tearing up the yard or making messes in the house.

Motherhood

Isn't she cute? This is my Jezebel. What a joy she is, thank you Lord for bringing her into my life. My companion who loves me unconditionally.

Christmas Letter 2006

Dear Family and Friends, December 11. 2006

I just wanted to send my love again and share with my family and friends how everything is going in Southern California. Merry Christmas to all of you and I hope this letter and card find you healthy, happy, and with prosperous relationships. My relationship’s with family and friends continues to grow and continues to be the most important thing in this world we call home. I have recently been reunited with my father and his family after fifteen years. The Lord has truly blessed me in bringing back my Pops after several years. This relationship is continuing to build and I love the Lemmon’s family.

This reuniting with my Pops not only brought him back to me, but I found out about three new sisters that live in Sacramento. I was able to visit this summer with my three new sisters, making seven biological sisters that the Lord has blessed me with. The new sisters are all in their twenties and all beautiful with one of them graduating from college this last June. All of them are still single, so three possible weddings, woo hoo!! We had a good visit this summer, but I look forward to spending more time with them. I miss you gals and love you.

This year also brought me back East where I got to spend time with my sister Paula and her family. I am so proud of my sister Paula, for now taking on the challenge of being a working Mom. She has done such a wonderful job as a Mother for several years and now she works a 60 hour work week with four kids, may the Lord bless her. I enjoyed our time together camping this last spring and our usual traditions of drinking lots of beer and playing softball. I miss the times we used to spend together when I lived closer. I love you my sis and I miss you.

This last spring also made me a Mother again, as I adopted a baby pit bull. Her name is Jezebel and she is now about 9 months old and full of energy. She is currently “in heat” and making a mess every where, but she is my little girl. I also adopted my uncle’s dogs when I moved into his house in San Diego. I look forward everyday to coming home to my doggies and I feel very blessed to be their Mother.

I am still working for the local school district, but this last February I got a promotion at the casino. The new position required more hours for more pay, which decreased my hours with the school district since they weren’t providing a contract. I am now in lower management at the casino and looking into the possibilities of dealing and/or teaching for their dealing school. I still referee basketball and sometimes substitute teach at the high school, which keeps me busy. I also was recently hired part time for Sylvan Learning Center, tutoring kids online, which is exciting.

I miss all of my family and friends that don’t live close. I hope all of you have a wonderful Christmas and a prosperous year and I love you. Remember the “Reason for the Season” being our Lord Jesus Christ and celebrating His birth and the love that He can provide. Thank you Lord for this opportunity to write to family and friends and send my love in your honor, thank you Lord for family and friends, bless them all for the coming year, and I say this in Jesus name, Amen.

God Bless,

Tonya
